Member Information

GENERAL BODY MEETINGS OF THE 2022-2023 ACADEMIC YEAR
Meetings are generally held on the first Wednesday of every month with some exceptions.
Required Meeting Attendance: 
    i. 2nd Year: 7/11 meetings
    ii. 3rd year: 6/11 meetings
    iii. 4th Year: 5/11 meetings

​Attendance at two general body meetings is required before December  31st
A member is counted as attending the meeting only if they are present at  the meeting within 30 minutes of the scheduled start of the meeting.
REQUIREMENTS 
 A. Aesculapians Events
     i. CPOTY Requirements TBD
    ii. Each member must contact 2 potential donors for donations towards the CPOY
    iii. 2 Aesculapians organized volunteer events (IMPORTANT: these are only events that Aesculapians event coordinators do.  Thus, random clinics/other co-curricular events do not count towards this requirement)
    iv. 2 Aesculapians social events (Lampoon does not count)
B. 2 Non-Aesculapians events
C. 1 Alumni Appreciation Call session
D. 1 Lampoon Committee (PR, fundraising, creative, logistics)
  1. Members are required to participate in one Lampoon committee and are encouraged to purchase one ticket (or an equivalent donation) to Lampoon
F. All requirements must be complete by April 30th at 12:59 am
